  2. Client Obligations: Clients availing our services agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their job requirements, organizational needs, and any other relevant details. CHR NEPAL reserves the right to terminate services in cases of misrepresentation or non-compliance.
  3. Candidate Obligations: Job seekers utilizing our services agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications, skills, and experience. CHR NEPAL does not guarantee employment and is not liable for any misrepresentation or false information provided by candidates.
  4. Confidentiality: CHR NEPAL respects the confidentiality of all parties involved in the recruitment process. Client and candidate information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will only be disclosed with explicit consent or as required by law.
  5. Fees and Payments: Clients availing our services may be subject to service fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the service agreement between CHR NEPAL and the client.
  6. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by CHR NEPAL, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and website content, are the property of CHR NEPAL and may not be used or reproduced without prior consent.
